Consulting

We offer consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises in several steps. At the beginning we start with an introducing consultation involving the entrepreneur/CEO. This conversation sense is to get to know each other, as well as to detect the requirements of the consulting mandate. Hereafter we give an impulse speech as desired on relevant topics. Following this and/or building on, we provide facilitated workshops as needed. Moving forward we are at your disposal also for longer-term project consulting and individual coaching measures.
